Bookmarks Project

Taiwan Bookmark Project: Call for Designs
Have you ever felt that you have so much to tell your friends, co-worker, or the general public about Taiwan but just don’t know where to start, especially when your audiences don’t know much about Taiwan?
Picture this:
A group of Taiwan supporters are holding up signs on a busy street corner to raise public awareness about issues concerning Taiwan and FAPA’s work. Many pedestrians walk by, and most of them shy away from the text-laden pamphlets we have brought. We have much to share but there are only a few seconds to catch each person’s attention. What do we do?!
Through multiple outreach events and experimenting with fliers, pamphlets and even fan ideas, Boston YPG Chapter realized that a simple bookmark is a great tool in getting the conversation started. A well-designed bookmark is more likely to be kept by the recipient compared to a flier, and the message on it educates the recipient about Taiwan. It is both functional, fun and economical, which makes it a great venue to showcase Taiwan and broadcast our message nationwide.
To take this idea to the next level, we need your creativity!
FAPA YPG will be printing custom-designed bookmarks to hand out in public events to increase awareness about Taiwan and the challenges that she faces. We are looking for your Taiwan-inspired designs!
